Suroor.pk, we offer a 14-day return policy for perfumes. If you are not satisfied, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

✔ Perfumes must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
✔ A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
✔ Returns are only accepted for items with manufacturing defects or incorrect orders.

✖ Opened or used perfumes.
✖ Items without original packaging.
✖ Sale items and gift cards.

Refunds

✔ Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
✔ Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
✔ If your refund is delayed beyond 15 business days, contact us.
