At Suroor.pk, we offer a 15-day satisfaction guarantee on perfumes. If you don’t like your perfume, you can try it and request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

✔ Return requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.
✔ Perfumes can be opened and used. You don’t need to keep them sealed.
✔ A receipt or proof of purchase (order number) is required.
✔ Defective or incorrect items are also eligible for return within the same window.

Non-Returnable Items

✖ Sale items and gift cards.
✖ Return requests made after the 15-day period.

Refunds

✔ Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
✔ Approved refunds are processed at the earliest at our end.
